Location the spa, the wonderful massages, the incredible view on the roof, breakfast area and the great buffet breakfasts . Housekeeping was excellent and we were graced with amazing towel sculptures on her bed after each cleaning the hotel is a short walk too many sites, including the large and wonderful Gulhane park, which surrounds the Topkaki palace. It is also a one block walk to the tram where for 20 Turkish lira you can travel to Kabatas where you can take a funicular up to Taxim Square or to to the port for the boats to the princess Islands. In the other direction, the tram takes you to Sultanamet and the old bazaar. we have stayed at the hotel three times over the past 14 years and we have never been disappointed. The staff ordered us a cab to take us to Istanbul airport at a very decent price. Special thank you to Mehmet For his healing hands at the Hotel spa. The pool is quite luxurious. while it is small there were times when I swim alone and at the most there were only four or five other people using the area. A caution to short people the pool is 1.4 meters deep with no shallow end.

Breakfast was good. Many choices. Breakfast room often very crowded as shared between other Yasmak hotels. Beds very comfortable but a little low to the floor. My husband struggled to stand up. Cleaning staff of room wonderful, very friendly. Front reception staff not as friendly as previous visits. Enjoyed bar area with friend on two occasions. Wellness Spa, Pools not as warm as promoted but enjoyed a massage from Susie. Location is good. Tram is at the end of street but ticket machine only took cash. I was unable to access cash from any ATM with a card as options only available as cardless or thru a QR code, but machines would revert to Turkish. Other machines did not have an English option. A local restauranter couldn’t even help. So maybe bring cash, some places would not take card.

1. Hotel - Excellent hotel with good sized rooms, nice lobby, good pool, excellent restaurant & spa. The room we stayed in was a good size, good shower and had everything we needed. 2. Staff were very good. Always happy to help and answer any questions you might have. 3. Location - Location was superb. 2 mins from metro line to literally everywhere however, if you fancy a walk, nothing is too far. Hagia Sofia for example, 10min walk. Eminonu to get to the Asian side, probably 10-12min walk. Restaurants, souvenir shops, coffee shops, baklava etc all within 5 mins of the hotel. 4. Breakfast - A wide array on the buffet. From fruit, eggs, cereal, breads right through to fresh omelettes. 5. Internet/Wi-Fi - No issues - connection was great from everywhere and good speeds.

Location of the hotel in the old town was perfect! Very close to the tram, mosques, parks & attractions. Reception staff were extremely helpful, very knowledgeable & took time to explain things to you. I particularly thought that Nora was an asset to the hotel with her knowledge of languages & always had a lot of time for you to have a nice conversation. The Bar was a nice place to either start the evening or finish. Lovely staff in the bar and at Breakfast. Breakfast was a good variety of all sorts of things & also food that you could order to your liking. Room & bathroom were an average size & clean. Our cleaner was a very happy lady (sorry do not remember her name) & would do anything for you.

Well located with the tram, shops, restaurants and Sultanahmet neighbourhood within walking distance. The breakfast was great with lots of varieties and different menus everyday. The food was very tasty with different local specialities served everyday. The Spa and pool were very relaxing and the Turkish Bath is a must try. The staff at the reception and restaurant were all very friendly, helpful and welcoming. You also have a panoramic view from the roof top restaurant. The rooms were spotlessly cleaned everyday, comfortable thought a little bit small. All amenities were however provided. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and definitely recommend.
